BRIDGET PERDOMO
ABOUT:
Bridget Perdomo is a Cuban-Armenian artist born and raised in Miami, Florida. She recently graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Florida, where she earned a BS in Media Production, Management, and Technology with a specialization in Digital Film and TV Production.
During her university years, she engaged in multiple film projects. Notably, she independently created her senior thesis short film, "A Painted Smile," taking on the roles of writer, director, producer, and editor. She also co-wrote and co-directed the student short film, "Chasing Sunshine," and further, co-wrote and managed production design for another senior thesis short film, "Bonnie." These films are currently in the process of being submitted to international film festivals.
In addition to her above the line roles, Bridget also took on additional positions in short film productions, such as 1st assistant camera, gaffer, and script supervisor.
Post-graduation, Bridget transformed her long-time passion into a professional business venture. Under her company, Perdomo Multimedia Production LLC, she offers a range of freelancing services, specializing in videography, digital photography, and 35mm photography.
Furthermore, Bridget was selected to participate in The Gotham EDU Career Development Program in the summer of 2023. During the program, she began the creative development and composed a pitch deck for a documentary-fiction feature film centered around the impactful narrative of the 1915 Armenian Genocide.
